If problems can't be resolved by the helpdesk or if a hands-on approach is required, our field engineers provide on-site visits to your premises. We also carry out workshop repairs for when equipment can't be repaired on-site, with loan equipment available, so your users still keep working.
Our field engineers are available for support & installation work throughout Worcestershire, Shropshire, Gloucestershire, Birmingham and the Midlands - other parts of the UK can be supported by arrangement.
